We use third-party SDKs to understand app performance and marketing effectiveness:

• Provide and improve core app functionality (image-to-video generation)

• Process your uploaded images and generate outputs

• Maintain app performance and stability

• Any face data is provided voluntarily by users through uploaded images

• Face data is used only for generating content within the app

• We do NOT use face data for identification, recognition, profiling, or any secondary purposes

• We do NOT share or sell face data

4. Data Retention

• User data (including uploaded images and generated content) is stored for no longer than 14 days

• Users may delete their data at any time within the app

• After the retention period, data is automatically deleted from our servers

5. Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data by:

• Using the account deletion option in the app settings, or

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

PicSpark may offer:

• One-time purchases

• Auto-renewable subscriptions

Payments are processed through Google Play, and we do not store your payment information.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following services:

• Firebase (Google)

• Singular

• CDN providers

These services may collect limited data as described in their own privacy policies.

8. No Third-Party AI Models

PicSpark uses self-developed AI models. We do not send your data to third-party AI providers.

9. Advertising & Tracking (ATT)

Where applicable, we comply with App Tracking Transparency (ATT) requirements and will request permission before tracking users across apps or services.

10. Children’s Privacy

PicSpark is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.

12. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
